SMC administrative structure is headed at the top of the organogram by the members of the board, then the Executive body, followed by Executive Director, who is responsible on day to day activities helped by his juniors’ staff on the running of the organization. She/he is the connection to the board in term of reporting and receiving instructions from the board. After the Executive Director, are the Program Staff; grant & fiaince manager, Administrator, manager, Operational manager, field supervisor and health facilities managers among others.
